The brief

Yassir works alone, with fixed hours and cash-only payments. Bookings came in through messages and calls while he was cutting.

He wanted a site as strong as his work on TikTok, where clients pick their own slot without two bookings landing at the same time.

The approach

Free slots first
The top of the page shows the next free slot. One tap and service, day and time are filled in.
No double bookings
The database rejects overlapping bookings, even when two clients book at the exact same moment.
Against no-shows
One open booking per phone number, a personal cancel link and a reminder on the day.
A calendar he actually uses
On his phone he sees his day, adds walk-ins and blocks hours or holidays. Clients who didn't show before get flagged.
Fast on every phone
Yassir is mostly known through TikTok, so his clients are on their phones. Everything is built for a small screen and a slow connection.
Privacy built in
No tracking cookies, TikTok and Google Maps only load after a click, and old bookings are deleted automatically.
